Returns and Refund Policy

This Returns and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at Azzuri through our official website, in accordance with applicable United Kingdom legislation.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received, without providing any reason.

2. Return Policy – No Return Required

At Azzuri, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly shopping experience.

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase for reasons such as logistics, delivery time, or personal preference, no return of the product is required. In such cases:
 

  • The customer may keep the product

  • The purchase will be fully refunded, once the request is approved

  • No physical return shipment will be requested
     

⚠️ This policy applies only to orders that are not faulty or damaged, and is offered as a commercial courtesy by the store.

  • The refund includes the cost of the product and the standard outbound shipping fee (if applicable), as required by law
     

⚠️ Express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products
