Return and Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer rights, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. In cases of defective or incorrect products, Azzuri covers the return costs, and refunds are issued within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
